Firstly, we would like to thank you for your interest in our products. As we are sure many of you already know, we are struggling with difficulties related to the pandemic and post-Brexit logistics. As a result, our supply chain has been heavily impacted, and many of these problems are outside of our control. However, our entire focus, every day, is on how we can accelerate shipping. We are doing all we can and will not slow down until the issues are solved.

We ask you for your understanding and patience. We are dispatching orders depending on queue sequence, with the oldest ones being sent out first. For anyone who is unable to wait, we are issuing refunds as fast as possible.
